20+ year customer of John C. Flood of VA - they are exceptional! Services, new installations, maintenance plans, repairs & replacements have ALL been timely, complete, high quality, and thoroughly/patiently explained to me when I ask my 20 questions. Our last technician, Cameron Hardy, was new to us. I didn't take long to see that Cameron is also exceptional!! Professional, knowledgeable, articulate, and patient with my questions. John C Flood has come to our rescue twice now with our sump pump. We recently received next day service to replace the sump pump they installed 20 years ago. Joshua Grant came to our home to do the new installation. He is very personable and well prepared for the job.
