Jordan Air and Plumbing

Matt came to swap out my hot water heater. I found that the expansion tank that was just replaced in December was not done to code and I decided to upgrade the plumbing with a few extra shutoffs. I am now able to shut the water to the tanks without shutting water to my whole house, a valve to prevent back flow and the ability to isolate each tank if needed because one fails. Matt was very thorough and listened to my thoughts to establish the outcome I wanted. The short white tank is the old water heater and plumbing prior to Matts work.

Antonio is the MOST experienced, tenacious, meticulous and patient individual that has ever come to my house to help me. He is thoughtful in explaining all that he is doing. His thoroughness pales to all others that I've had come to my home. And cleanliness, when Antonio left, you couldn't even notice he was here except that everything was fixed and working properly. I guess the best review would be if Antonio were available for all things I need help with, I would be privileged to have him available all the time.

Todd proved to be very well educated about his position with Jordan Air, very knowledgeable about the service he performed. I would recommend him to others for services they may need for there units. Always nice to have highly educated and trained employees from your company, explained all the work that is needed, and showed me videos and pictures of the crawl space that needs attention.
