I have been very impressed with this storage facility. My daughter attends UGA and we don't want to bring her stuff home over the summer. After searching for a storage facility, I chose StorageMart based on the reviews. I'm so please that I did. Everyone I've spoken with on the phone has been so helpful and professional. Mark has been so patient with my numerous questions. Thank you!.

The call rep (Chad) was very polite and extremely helpful. He gave me lots of details to help me save money. And he outlined the process in a very professional manner.

Mark is super helpfull and very kind. You will never find better service. Facilities are spotless. Definitely would do business with this storage mart again.

This place is so clean and when we’ve needed assistance for one reason or another the staff members have been extremely kind and helpful. The lock on our unit was stuck the last time I was there - it was 3 minutes till the office was supposed to close (of course, lol), but Sheree (Sharee? I’m sorry, I can’t remember how she spells her name) was so nice and helped me without hesitation (or judgment, lol). My wife has said that any time she’s needed anything she has been met with the same kindness and great attitude from other staff members.

I have rented three separate storage units from the extra space storage located in Athens, Georgia. I have thoroughly enjoyed your employees. They are helpful, kind and go out of their way to make sure that your needs are taken care of. Thank you for considering all things when you hire employees for the tasks that they need to do.Good girl don’t step on me.

Extra space storage is a great experience. The ground keeping is clean, access is easy and convenient, and it’s never a hassle. Shree is a super helpful employee who went out of her way to help lower my rates which I really appreciate. This is my best storage unit experience by far.

This is the third storage place I have been to in the past week. I truly appreciate Roger for helping me find the perfect unit for my belongings at a very affordable rate compared to the other storage places I've been to. The process was quick and easy. Roger even showed me the different unit sizes so I could see them instead of guessing on the sizes. Wonderful job!.
