Had an issue with my water heater and needed a good plumber to come out. Did a little research and came across Plumber Pro Service. Called the number online and spoke to someone who took my information. Was contacted immediately about having someone to come out to see what the problem was. I was advised a technician would came that same day. Terry and another young man came within hours to assess the situation. They were able to fix the issue right there on the spot(no waiting for parts). They provided some knowledge on the parts installed and left a clean area. They were both professional and worked diligently. It did not take them long to finish at all. I most definitely will call them again for any future issues!! Great experience working with After Hours Plumbing. Jacob and Ed are very good technicians. Both explained what the problem was and how they would address it. Jacob went the extra mile to trace and determine another leak I had in the house. Zach made sure i was satisfied with the work afterwards. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing problems.
After hours has been to my home twice and I’ve been happy with the work each time. I appreciate the upfront pricing with no surprises and they quickly perform the work. They just recently replaced our old cast iron pipes at a very competitive price. We will definitely use after hours again in the future.
