I have been with Jordan Air for almost 15 years. They installed my AC system and have maintained it for those 15 years. They are always professional, courteous and flexible. Great communication and never any hidden or surprise fees, truthful and up front. Brandon, the tech that worked on my system this week was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. They even take care of my plumbing. I would not trust anyone else for my AC and plumbing needs.

Just had my spring service on 2 HVAC units. David was our technician. He showed up on time, was incredibly meticulous, identified a couple of issues I need to address and provided a through professional quote and explained all work and pricing. He is a huge asset to your company. Second time I have used Jordan Air. Don't waste time or money elsewhere. Call them you'll be glad you did.

Working crew was great. On time each day. Friendly. Courteous. Patient explaining the answers to all my questions. Stayed late the second day until the job was done. Cleaned up after themselves. No mess left behind.

We had an excellent experience with Service First Pros from start to finish. Isaiah came out first and took the time to thoroughly explain the safety hazards we were dealing with in our heater and furnace. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we understood everything clearly, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Karl and Jerry then came in to install our new furnace, and they were fantastic. The installation was done quickly and efficiently, and they kept the area clean the entire time. As parents, we really appreciated how accommodating they were. Our home has baby gates throughout, and they were able to get the furnace upstairs without requiring us to remove any of them. That level of consideration made the process so much easier for us. What really stood out was their responsiveness. Even though this wasn’t an emergency, they were able to schedule us the very same day we requested service—on New Year’s Eve, no less. That kind of availability and dedication is rare. Highly recommend Service First Pros for their professionalism, efficiency, and family-friendly service. We’re very grateful.

Colin was very knowledgeable and explained every single question of mine. He was very friendly and professional and work with me to give the best options and price. Never was upset or irritated, I would give him a 5 star. Shogy Easow John, Homer and Eli came to instal the system, I had two full unit replacing. It was 80+ degrees they worked hard all day long, very respectful, professional and hard working. They are family and part of a family business, I give them 5 stars, kudos to them.

Jerry, Eli, Seth, and (I forgot his name, which sucks cause he was cool) were amazing. Down to earth yet professional group of guys that were very knowledgeable. Super easy to work with and they were efficient with their time. They even took the time to walk me through and educate me on how to maintain the system to avoid numerous service calls. 10/10 - would highly recommend.
