STANFIELD AIR SYSTEMS REVIEWS

Stanfield is great! We worked with Samuel to identify the best options for fully replacing our HVAC system and moving it from the crawlspace to attic. Samuel was patient, efficient, and honest throughout the whole process. Once we were ready to install, they got us on the schedule for that week AND completed the install 1 full day earlier than expected. The technicians who installed the system were incredibly knowledgeable and polite, and they did a great job cleaning up after despite there being a crazy amount of dust from the install. All in all, it was a pleasure using Stanfield and I’d recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time having Vent cleaning done. From the pictures, they did a great job. They were very professional and kind. They cleaned up behind themselves that's a plus. Even talking to service department...they were nice, too. They offered other things to get done to my home in the future. Very knowledgeable. I would use them again.

The take out and install team did an amazing job. Our HVAC was being replaced and slightly redesigned and they did it all in one day! Not sure how they all fit in the crawlspace... But it worked ???? It was a long day for them, and we are thrilled with our new, updated system.

Best HVAC service company I've ever used. So thorough and the service representative is not only extremely knowledgeable but cares about his customers and the equipment he services. He also takes the time to explain things. I highly recommend this company. I definitely plan on continuing to renew my service contract with Stiles.

I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called. The technician arrived at my home and did an excellent job. He was professional and courteous. He kept me informed about the process. I am happy to be a Stiles customer.

I have been with Jordan Air for almost 15 years. They installed my AC system and have maintained it for those 15 years. They are always professional, courteous and flexible. Great communication and never any hidden or surprise fees, truthful and up front. Brandon, the tech that worked on my system this week was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. They even take care of my plumbing. I would not trust anyone else for my AC and plumbing needs.

Just had my spring service on 2 HVAC units. David was our technician. He showed up on time, was incredibly meticulous, identified a couple of issues I need to address and provided a through professional quote and explained all work and pricing. He is a huge asset to your company. Second time I have used Jordan Air. Don't waste time or money elsewhere. Call them you'll be glad you did.

Working crew was great. On time each day. Friendly. Courteous. Patient explaining the answers to all my questions. Stayed late the second day until the job was done. Cleaned up after themselves. No mess left behind.
