This company was great to do business with. From initial contact to scheduling a quote and completion of the job was lightning fast which lives up to the name. The technician that showed up for the inspection was on time, friendly, and thorough when finding out what I was looking for and giving great suggestions for how I could achieve my vision.The crew showed up on time on project day and completed the task in less time than I expected and left the area in the same condition that they found it. I now have a beautifully lighted crawl space which provides for extra storage, and comfort while making repairs on A/C or plumbing. I would definitely recommend The Flash electric to anyone looking for a fast and reliable electrician.

Everyone I came into contact with from scheduling to on site repairs was top notch. Working in real estate I come into contact with a lot of workers in the repairs industry, and I was so impressed with these guys. From being able to text and schedule, to having them fit me in quickly, to showing up and looking for ways to make the panel replacement as cost efficient as possible, to completing the work and being respectful & professional the whole time. They fully replaced our electrical panel & took a look at some wiring in our basement area to see if we needed to upgrade some wiring to mitigate breaker tripping. They found where everything was running and determined that we didn’t need to do anything besides use one plug differently if we didn’t want to run all new wiring. Great customer service all around.

After calling a few other local electricians and getting lackluster feedback and desire to take my business, I was delighted to immediately get a professional response from the owner, who took the time to listen to my needs and consult via text/photos to diagnose and design solutions (he didn’t want me to waste time/money on service call if what I wanted wasn’t doable). I was given a fixed date for the job and a quote with no hidden fees, and they actually moved up the job and completed two days prior to original scheduled date. The service technicians (Ben and Malacai) texted when they were en route, were right on time, and were ultra professional and courteous, while demonstrating and deep knowledge of their profession and experiences. Garrett electric was the third company I contacted to install a transfer switch/outlet for my portable generator hook up after the first two companies I called kept cancelling on me. I called at 4pm and they came out that day to give me an estimate and installed it a few days later. Electrician Ben was very thorough yet easy going in explaining things. They were on time and responsive from start to finish. Will use again in the future
