I am so impressed by this company . I was originally referred to Mr. Jay Krafft for consultation on installing a new high velocity AC and replacing our oil boiler with gas . He was right on time and was extremely pleasant . He spent two hours walking through the house measuring and discussing our various options . He was very knowledgeable and made me feel like we would be in excellent hands for installation . He submitted a very comprehensive and competitive proposal for both systems. He explained in great detail why he had chosen the specific system for our installation and was extremely responsive in answering all our concerns and questions. we finalized the agreement soon after and scheduled the replacement of the boiler first which was completed in a day with the help of a very capable and professional crew . Although there was a hiccup they addressed the issue immediately and the county inspection passed with no issues. We still have to schedule the installation of the high velocity system but we have few months to accomplish that . This has been one of my best experiences dealing with a vendor . They are extremely professional and so willing to help . Definitely check them out . You will be so pleased!

The Krafft service team was extremely friendly, professional, and fast. The woman I spoke with on the phone walked me through my plan options in detail and was d trembly proactive in letting me know when my home needed servicing. The gentleman who came out to service asked thoughtful questions, gave us helpful advice to prepare our new house for winter, and overall provided outstanding, neighborly service. Would 10/10 recommend Krafft to a friend or my parents.

I have continued to have great experiences with this company and Conrad. I feel comfortable knowing they will do right by me and my unit gets checked twice a year with my plan. Highly recommend this company and especially Conrad.
