PDQ was professional from start to finish. I could not recommend their services more. We had 5 previous bids for AC units and PDQ's bid was not only the lowest, they provided the bid without the high pressure tactics we had on the first 5 bids. They were recommended to us by our neighbor who also used their services. We had dreaded this process but to be honest they made it pretty straightforward and an overall positive experience.

The technician arrived on time and was quick to complete his work. I was give a full rundown of the condition of my units and he made honest recommendations for what should be done. PDQ has been quick to answer and service calls I have had and always do quality work.

PDQ to the rescue. We have had PDQ service and maintain multiple A/C units and the service is outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable staff from the office to the onsite technicians. Shout out to Chase.....thanks for keeping us up & running
