Nate the Service Supervisor was the BEST, very helpful, grate guidance from day one. The techs who came initially to try to repair and then today to replace my old furnace were very professional with perfect installation. Safely dismantled and took away my old furnace without any scratches to my floor or walls. Brought in new furnace and installed it, all in couple of hours I am so delighted to give all of them 5 stars, although American Home Shield customer service was non-responsive, avoid answering my questions on the much lower amount which they paid for the new furnace. So I was slapped with a huge bill, almost 50% of the price of the new furnace.

Got my appointment set up within 24hrs. The technician, Gabriel was right on-time; and was able to quickly identify and fixed my issue during the scheduled appointment. After implementing the fix, he ensured I checked everything and happy with the work being done, he also explained to my what went wrong and potential next steps to prevent similar failures. Highly recommend.

Recently, we faced an issue with our heater not producing hot air. Fortunately, we have an AHS warranty, and they promptly assigned Same Day Air Service to address our problem. We were particularly impressed with the dispatcher, Gabriel, for his efficiency. The response time was outstanding – our heater issues were resolved within just one day.
