This is long over due. I was struggling with motivation and focus studying for the State Bar exam. I had a session here and immediately. Now this was not my thing, but the result speak for themselves. This was my second attempt and my score jumped by almost 100 points. I am now getting ready to go back for smoking and weight loss.

I waited 20 days after my appointment to write a review, and they have been 20 days smoke free. I smoked for 10 years, and one session later I walked out a non smoker. If you’re debating on making an appointment, do it.

I was a smoker for 32 years! I tried numerous times and different methods to quit smoking and failed so many times. I walked in a smoker and walked out a non smoker! Thank you for your help! Thank you .

She listens intently and opens up perspectives when they are needed the most. I never feel judged and can always just be myself when we meet. If you put in your part, she will put in her part and she wants what is best for her clients.

Cathy helped my fiancé and I get through a very tough time in our relationship. She worked with us individually and as a couple. Either way, she was able to assess our situation and help us get to a clear course for what we wanted to see for our outcome. It has been a year now, and our relationship is stronger than ever.
