We just came from there, and had an easy, quick experience. Check in was simple, receptionist was nice, paid the copay, waited a few mins to get called in. Nurses and doctor were friendly and efficient. Based on reviews was nervous, but everything was great. Would go to again.
This is probably the best experience I’ve had with a doctor in a long time. I didn’t feel rushed, I was seen quickly, and everyone at this establishment was very sweet. My doctor who had shoulder length brown hair made me feel very comfortable along with answering all of my questions / concerns. I’ll definitely be coming back and referring others here.
My wife was feeling ill from a cold. We decided to give Promptu a try instead of waiting for an appointment with our family doctor. We were greeted immediately by a very friendly receptionist. She asked why we were here, gave us a tablet to register, and just like that, the system set up an appointment. We waited only 10 min to be seen. The staff was very courteous and professional. Kindness and caring since moment i walked n. From the receptionist, nurses, doctors, and the people who check out on the way out. Also do physical therapy there and it is top notch. Compassion and care and a wonderful group of professionals are awesome.
I went to Concentra on SP ID in Corpus Christi Texas for a drug test, blood work, and physical for my agency. There was a smooth check in process via text messages and minimal paperwork. I was called back within 5 to 10 minutes. Everything moved swiftly and quickly without any hesitation. The staff were very nice. The flow of the facility was impressive. I was out in under one hour and there were many people in the waiting room when I arrived. I would definitely suggest going to this Concentra particularly. I spoke with the Director Who actually did my discharge and let him know what a fantastic staff and facility that he is running. I highly recommend!!!
Concerta is the best place for urgent care. I was greeted at the door by the receptionist. Online paperwork goes quickly and you have less waiting time. The facility looks brand new but there is a trash can near the entrance door always full of food containers. The spacious waiting room is clean. There is a restroom available to you in the waiting area. Staff promptly call you to escort you back to the examining room. These rooms are perfect. They have all the correct fire safety items and modern medical equipment. The floors are never clean. I saw while walking in the hallway dead bugs, and paper, trash along the baseboard. In my room there were human toe nail clippings on the floor between the examing table and the wall. Maybe an in-wall vacuum cleaning system be installed. Any staff can quickly clean the room safely in minutes.
