I have been a patient for over 20 years, and Dr. Upton is the best! She and her staff are amazing! They listen to my concerns and provide the information and knowledge to decide what works best for my needs. I see Dr. Upton approximately once a year, and she always takes the time to ask about my overall health and well-being. I enjoy catching up with her.

Dr. Upton is awesome! I’ve been going to her for several years. She does a great job every time of checking my eyes thoroughly and explaining how my eyes are doing and how it’s affecting my vision. I’ve had some eye issues in the past that my previous eye doctor didn’t have an answer for, but Dr. Upton was able to explain what was going on and provide a solution. I haven’t had that issue since! I recommend Eyeworks for anyone.

I have been seeing Dr Upton for four years. She is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She is honest and gives you time to express your concerns and ask questions. I would highly recommend her.

I had an excellent experience. Was greeted in a nice manner. Dr. Blankenship and Kitty are excellent explained every step she was going to do which helped me stay clam and didn't get nervous because I knew what to do what was happening was a good experience. Thank you so much for being so nice and caring to me which I feel every Client gets and feels the same treatment . 10 more from me .

I got a foreign bit of something in my eye on a Saturday, so grateful they were open. It was so painful, I appreciated the friendly young lady at check-in filling out my paperwork. Dr. Brook Blankenship found and extracted so quick. Most of the patients in front of me were there for glasses/contacts. I wish I had taken the initiative to ask patient and staff if I could go in ahead as I was in pain.

Such a great office! Came here for an emergency a while back, as my contact got stuck. Within minutes I was helped and they didn't charge me. I've been a number of other times for regular exams, and I'm always satisfied with the service and care. Thanks to everyone here for being great.
