If I could give American Laser Med Spa 10 stars, I would! From day one the process was so smooth, Kelly is absolutely AMAZING. She answered all my questions and then some, explained the process of laser treatment and has done such a good job with my treatments. She treats every client like family from the start and it is obvious from the first encounter how passionate she is about her clients.

This is a great place. Kelly is so amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and takes time to address all your needs . I highly recommend checking out all that they have to offer. You are treated with the utmost professional care the minute that you enter their door . Do yourself a favor and go.

Kelly is the most professional person I know. She always has a smile on her face. She is always making sure ur comfortable and happy with your service and know every step of the process of hair removal. Just had 1 treatment done so far already seen such a huge difference in my chin. I would definitely recommend her 10/10.

For anyone new to services like facials, Botox, or other aesthetic treatments and unsure where to begin, I highly recommend this place. This is the first location where I can truly say the customer service was exceptional. Esmeralda went above and beyond during my consultation—she took the time to thoroughly explain everything, listened attentively to my concerns, and created a personalized plan to help me achieve my goals. She never rushed me, even though she had other clients to attend to; I really felt like a priority. Esmeralda also offered valuable advice on how to save and recommended products that worked well for her. I've visited several other places over the years but never felt like they truly cared about my needs the way this team did. I am incredibly grateful for her attention to detail and the overall care I received. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Emerald is a fantastic RN and was able to work with my anxiety so I could get through the process with ease. I look and feel amazing. Thank you the wonderful customer service and support. I will be returning for more beauty treatments in the future.

The office staff are super nice and very respectful. Brittney is a whole vibe and Mr Ford, is very smart, witty and very person centered. Truly had an amazing 1st visit and I highly recommend.

My fascial was divine!! Kaitlyn Reeves made the experience so enjoyable and she is very knowledgeable in her work and products. Wise beyond her years. She’s amazing! My skin looks and feels great! The staff was also very inviting and hospitable. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

My birthday treat was a hydra-facial with Emily. She's the BOMB!! BEST enesthetian. Halycon is classy and all the staff is professional and courteous. The atmosphere is calming and beautiful. Exceptionall.
