Highest Self Hypnosis

I had an amazing experience seeing Seattle for the first time. Her office is equips with a very comfortable chair, perfect for the breath work and hypnosis. Seattle took her time to get to know more about why I came to see her, she thoroughly explained the process and made me feel safe and open. I particularly enjoyed the breath work, it was rejuvenating, uplifting and felt like I was able to let some things go. It ai some awareness to what I go of. transition going from the breath work into the hypnosis session. The hypnosis session transported me to a warm beach of the island of Oahu. That’s where I pictured myself. As she spoke I slipped into a trans like state. It was clear to me that it was working and my subconscious was responding. For weeks following the session I have noticed major positives from the breath work and the positive reinforcement that the hypnosis gave me. I highly recommend her if you are working on anything that requires a little more support than just self meditation or medicating.

Seattle is absolutely amazing! I could feel such an improvement in myself just after one session. She is so easy to talk to it’s like talking to a close friend. I’m so excited so have her help me through my journey of self healing from past trauma. Her work is honestly amazing, let this be your sign to go see her !

This was my first time trying Hypnosis and I'm so happy I got to experience this. It was such a deep meditative relaxation and remembered things subconsciously that I don't remember consciously.
