Participating in the Heart Healing Hypnotherapy with Leah has been life changing. I have been on a journey of healing my trauma for most of my life. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist, I have attended numerous trauma trainings and have been in therapy since I was a child, all of which has been beneficial for my journey, but nothing provided results like attending these sessions. In 9 weeks, I was able to dive into my subconscious, find the root cause of many of my heart wounds, process them and see change. It has been an amazing experience. I have increased confidence. I do not react as emotionally as I would have in the past. I find myself enjoying my life more and have found a level of peace with my past trauma. The work is emotional when you're in it, but it is so worth it. I cannot thank Leah enough for how much progress I have made in recent months.
