I went to Frank to reduce my anxiety, which has steadily increased with added demands at work. I signed up for six sessions and Frank led me through the process step by step, explaining everything as we progressed, which along with his kind nature, made me feel at ease. Over the six sessions, my anxiety was significantly reduced and Frank gave me the tools to lower my stress level in the moment, which has helped me tremendously. I recommend Frank to anyone interested in lowering their stress, quitting a habit like smoking, or overcoming a fear. Frank was amazing! When I arrived he explained the entire process to me and we got started. I needed this to work. I had been a smoker for 10 years and vaping for the last few years and I was at a point where trying to quit just was not working. I was extremely skeptical that this was actually going to work. I had my hypnosis done a week ago and just like that I am a non smoker!! I have not thought about it or have had the urge to vape or smoke. If you are looking for an immediate change to this habit, Frank is your guy.
