It's been a little over a year since I became a permanent resident and this review is long overdue but I just want to thank Isabel and her whole team for helping my husband and I achieve that milestone!!! We originally started working with her paralegal, Aly, back in March of 2020. Aly was amazing and atentive to everything she did. Throughout the course of our journey we always received emails from Aly or Susana (who was also always very atentive and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had) explaining what our next steps were and guiding us in the right direction. Heading to Juarez was an extremely nerve-wracking experience but Isabel was able to answer any last minute questions I had a few weeks before I was to fly out and was able to calm some of those fears. I truly appreciate how quick Susana was to respond to my emails while I was out in Juarez!! I believe we were approved thanks to such a strong case that they built for us. I remember being in shock when I saw that they had almost 300 pages for our I-601A waiver application! That is true hard work and dedication.
