I highly recommend Jim Alder, with Alder Law Group for Estate Planning. If you are just starting with Estate Planning or just need a previous trust updated. Jim is very knowledgeable in law changes and what needs to be put in place for protection of family assets and future planning. It had been years since my parents started their trust. It needed review and updating. With one simple phone call and a couple of meetings with my Parents, my brother and I. The Estate plan has been updated within about a three week time frame. Jim listened to our family situation and desires. We now have a plan in place that meets our needs. Jim has also assured that if we have any future questions or updates, all we have to do is contact him and he is there. I cannot recommend him enough. Great experience in a not so easy situation to figure out and discuss. We all want our parents to be around for ever. But this is not reality. Thanks to Jim…. My parents are now at ease knowing financial plan is now in order and in good hands with Alder Law Group.
