Frequently Asked Questions About Social Security Disability Lawyers in Salt Lake City, UT
Your detailed and factual answers help clients choose your firm more easily, leading to more consultations and a stronger professional reputation

Carefully selected questions to evaluate important aspects. Comparing the answers helps you choose the service that best suits your needs.

1. Do you have experience representing Salt Lake City, UT claimants at the federal court level?
Dianna Cannon - CANNON DISABILITY LAW
I have the most legal experience of any current practicing attorney in Utah at the federal court level, as I have been taking SSD cases to federal court since 1992. I taught Marva Match and Ben Johnston how to do federal court cases, because they both used to work for me. So, I’m not sure what to say about it other than something like this: “She has extensive appeals council and federal court experience.” That is a really general statement but I am positive that there is no one in Utah who has done more appeals council and federal court cases than I have in the last 34 years. That being said, not every case should go to federal court because you have to be very careful what you appeal to federal court or you could make bad law for everyone. Marva didn’t do any federal court cases in the 18 years she worked for me. Ben does some federal court cases now because he calls and asks me for advice about them. But I don’t know how many he has done.
