I worked with Kris Kiefer-Vik with the Chad Babcock Agency, State Farm to get my new home and auto policy. Kris was so great to work with and she saved me a ton of money on both the home and auto policy. I got quotes from two other companies and she was the best fit for my families insurance needs. In todays world, good costumer service is hard to come by, let alone great. Erica is an outstanding insurance agent. On top of very obvious confident people skills, she is knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. She was very honest with me and took the time to explain everything and anything that was discussed. Before meeting Erica, I did not know what most of the things that I was paying for meant. She took the time to know exactly what I was getting and for the best price. She responds in a timely fashion, and many times, was available after business hours. She also follows-up without seeming pushy. I would recommend her to anyone a thousand times.
