Arcadia Management is amazing! The Lisas at Carleton Artist Lofts have been so good to me and have taken care of me from the moment I first called looking for an apartment. They do so much work and somehow manage to always have a smile on their faces and are always quick to respond to emails. They’ve gone out of their way for me multiple times and I am so grateful for them! And for our amazing maintenance man Tom Paradise, who is the guy who fixes everything and must be a genius. Great people, great attitudes, sincere family care vibes.

I recently moved to one of Arcadia Managements properties and my experience has been nothing but easy with kind and helpful leasing agents who I honestly have not had to have much interaction with due to a lack of issues in the apartment. They are very communicative when problems do arise and I love the community building events they put on that make it feel like you are more than just a tenant to them.

The entire company especially Joelle, Chelsea, Ian and the entire team has amazing compassion and really gets to know their tenants. They see beyond what’s on paper so By actually seeing the tenants individually with empathy and respect. I have never known another company to be so on top of it as well with maintenance even though they are extremely busy to contact you. Billie, Rory and Kyle have been phenomenal and are able to fix everything. Edit** Billy, Robbie and Rory have been great with upkeep Joelle and Chelsea have been the best working with me these past few months. I appreciate you so much.

Billy and Nick are both great at resolving maintenance issue quickly and professionally. Our faucet outside wasn't working, and they replaced some parts and now it works like a charm. Had some issues with the lights in my bathroom and they fixed that in a jiffy. I was also supplied a space heater, and window wrap for my room as it does get quite cold, so I'm thankful for that, the room stays much warmer. Also Billy was quick to resolve our ant problem. We had a lot come through, and some got into my food but they he set traps, and they havent returned since. Great work.

I requested some maintenance work on Saturday and Sean was quick to reply. On Monday, someone had stopped by to do the work, didn’t expect such a quick response. Really awesome work!! Very impressed by the quality of the repairs as well; I came home to my once leaky faucets and air vent working like a charm. Thanks so much for being so quick and efficient!
