As an architect and founder of an awarding winning firm I know extraordinary talent when I see it and Lisa has a boat load of it. I even hired her personally for my own home and found Lisa to be highly creative, confident (which means they’re usually right), highly professional and responsible for delivering high quality services. Would not think twice about hiring her again.

Lisa and her team have worked with us on two houses in the Brookside area. They are experts with incorporating modern and transitional elements into old houses blending the old and new beautifully. They have a great eye for detail and finding unique and sophisticated materials. The team is fun, professional and attentive.

We are currently building a new house and used Jillian with SRS for all tile and carpet selections throughout the house. Jillian is knowledgeable, friendly, and definitely has a great eye for color/design. Our meetings were multiple hours, but they never seemed like that. She made them fun and kept the process moving along even when we showed signs of slowing down. Making selections for an entire house can be overwhelming, but her and our designer made it manageable. She was also able to source things not in the showroom and was extremely responsive and helpful with all requests, big or small. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Jillian and would highly recommend her & SRS Design to anyone looking for expert advise on anything from new construction to a remodel.

Jenny, of SRS Design, went above & beyond to help us. We had a blind that continued to cause issues for years. Jenny contacted the manufacturer & told them they needed to replace the blind. Plus replace the blind adjacent to it since the colors have changed. The manufacturer replaced both blinds at no cost. Fantastic customer service on Jenny's part. Here's the kicker, we did not purchased the blinds from SRS Design.

Worked with Sydney on multiple projects and have been nothing but impressed on each job! She keeps the client's priorities first and makes certain each detail is taken care of from Day 1! Their showroom and selection process makes each step of the project a breeze! Will work with SRS again.
