Corey was fantastic! He was professional, arrived right on time, and quickly repaired my hose spigot leak. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and even cleaned up thoroughly—everything was spotless. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how easy he made the whole process. Highly recommend!

Roto-Rooter was amazing. They showed up less than 2 hours after I called them. The service tech was very knowledgeable and communicated everything clearly. It wasn't a quick and easy fix, but he kept going until everything was fixed. I would definitely call them again.

I Recently used Quality Plumbing to do about three or four projects in our basement and newly remodeled bathroom. Bill Mutch did a great job and was very professional. He hooked up the sink and did all the plumbing issues we had in the basement. He made a few recommendations which we accepted. I would recommend Quality Plumbing and Bill to anyone needing their services both heating and air conditioning and plumbing.

We had an emergency plumbing issue. The technician showed up as soon as he could and was extremely personable. He gave us the good, better, best options for the issue and let us decide. The price even seemed fair for a late evening call. Plumbing emergencies are tough, but we would recommend Quality Plumbing, and liked working with Joseph. Great service

TRUE BLUE PLUMBING LLC REVIEWS

I had a water heater installed about three years ago and True Blue completed a professional install at a reasonable price. Was very happy with that. Pressure relief valve blew and I tried for three weeks to get an appointment but could never get through to schedule an appointment after talking to someone on the phone for a few minutes. He said there were problems with their phones, but I tried emails and leaving messages for three weeks. Even though I have a warranty with True Blue, I had to end up calling another plumber.

True Blue Plumbing came and installed my hot water heater back in 2022 and did an amazing job. A few weeks ago I had some leakage from the area and thought it might be an issue. However I think it was so blockage with my furnace. Devin came out and cleaned it for me so far I’ve not had any issues. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Feels like I got ripped off by professionals. Estimate was $2500. In the end I was charged $4000. This review is based exclusively on that. Either blatantly bait and switch pricing, or just that bad at estimating. Either way, it was 60% higher than the estimate. They called to check in$500 at a time, 3 times, so it crept up. I wanted to fire them over cost increase, but I had sunk $3000 into it before the second increase.
