Computer Depot has been a life saver for my small veterinary hospital. We started with 3 employees and now have 20! They have been there for us in every stage of growth, from helping set up new equipment to networking all systems and troubleshooting everything. What an excellent experience, from beginning to end. I built a new PC, but it was having issues booting up. I decided to take it to NerdsToGo at the recommendation of a close friend. One of the technicians, Milan, was so great at explaining the process and timeline of the diagnostics they would need to run. He also gave me an accurate estimation of how much all of the testing would cost. I also met the owner, Susan, when I came back to pick up my PC. Wonderful experience, highly recommend using their services. I will certainly be utilizing them whenever I have any tech problems moving forward.

I can not express how amazing Nerds-To-Go has been for our business at Painter1 of Knoxville. Don and his team are extraordinary! They go above and beyond and the customer service they provide is top notch! We moved our office to a new location and they have been absolutely amazing, yes I said amazing multiple times because they are! I highly recommend them if you have a small business or need them to take care of any technology needs you have at home. Nerds-To-Go is the way to Go!.

I had a laptop that would not start. they diagnosed as a broken motherboard. The cost to replace the board was not worth it. I bought a new laptop and they transferred all the old data, software from the old to the new. Also configured the computer and spent 30 min going over what they did and answered questions. I think the whole process took 3 days. Price was very reasonable. I definitely would use them again.
