The entire team is available to us for even the smallest needs; they recognize who we are, they are friendly and excited to be of assitance, and most of all they are at the top of their field when it comes to knowledge of Managed IT systems. They have made our entire infrastructure more seamless, efficient, reliable and the continuity of service is impeccable. My only regret is not switching to Sequentur sooner.
