I leased a property in Arlington VA managed by Nomadic Real Estate for two years and they were great to deal with. They have an excellent platform for payment, maintenance requests and leasing management. Also, my security deposit was returned quickly, with interest accrued. Thank you Nomadic team for a great stay!

Nomadic has been my managing my rental for the past eight months and I have been so pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. My maintenance requests are always seen to right away, and the teams they send in to make repairs are highly efficient, not to mention kind and punctual. All of my communications, which have been mostly with Samia and Sahmira, have been respectful and professional that is honestly at a level much higher than other rental managements that I’ve had in the past. It makes me feel that my unit is always in good hands and I never have to stress about any problems. I would highly recommend them to both tenants and landlords.

This review is for the Property Manager Jose Gomez. We moved into an apartment that is managed by Nomadic Real Estate. So far he has been efficient with a fairly quick response and turnaround when I have reached out to him for assistance. We have not been in our apartment long enough to give a solid review of Nomadic Real Estate. Will update later

It has been a great experience so far working with Bay Property Management in Washington, D.C. They made the process of renting out my home it very simple.
