The Jenn Smira team was professional, went above and beyond tackling tasks that needed to be done, many times ever before I would ask. Also, Ashley Cobb on the team is wonderful to work with. Her attitude is so pleasant that she helped make a stressful condo sale transaction as stress free as it could be. Ashley is a great communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. And lastly, she kept all of her commitments - for example the timing of sending documents, working out issues with the Buyer. Whatever Ashley said she would do - she did it quickly and with the highest level of competence. Overall the entire Jenn Smira team was an absolute pleasure to work with, and Ashley specifically is a star.
