MetComm, Net LLC has been our computer technicians/company for quite a few years now and we have been pleased with the service provided by them. Service calls have been resolved in a timely manner. The technicians have been pleasant, easy to communicate with, and go above and beyond what is expected of them. Choosing MetComm was a decision well made!.

A very competent, hospitable, and professional crew showed up right on time to install 6 Promethean ActivePanels. The workmanship was excellent, and the installers even took the time to show some of our teachers several of the cool features. These guy will be doing our future A/V and Tech installations!.

I called in hopes of getting computer/network assistance to my elderly mother - unfortunately I live in another state. I called and was answered right away and was able to make an appointment for the visit. He treated my mother with respect and helped her to the full extent - very happy and will call for future needs. Professional and personable group of staff which makes them nice working with - unlike big IT companies.

We had a lot of photos stored in the cloud and were reaching capacity. We did not want to purchase more capacity for a perpetually higher monthly charge. Chris transferred all of our files to an external hard drive, which sounds easy but was not. It was a multistep process and we encountered various obstacles along the way, which Chris skillfully navigated. He also resolved some other issues with the computer (an iMac). We were very pleased with the work and with Chris’s knowledge, patience and availability. We think his fees were fair. We definitely recommend him.

Great service. Chris is professional & helpful, and really knows his stuff!.
