Andrew is the consummate professional. I organized a large panel event at Fordham University with five panelists and seventy plus commercial real estate and fund professionals and Andrew shot video and photos for the event. Andrew took great group shots and individual shots within a tight time frame before, during and after the event. He also shot video and mic'd up each person up quickly an efficiently in order to get as many video interviews as possible. Andrew also did a video highlight of the event which blew me away it was so amazing. He had video of the outside of the building where the event was held, the breakfast spread, the check-in desk plus he incorporated the speakers comments and video interviews - all in a 2 minute video. I would definitely hire him again.

My family can't thank Henry enough! We were faced with the profound loss of our beloved, after months of sudden onset end-of-life care. Our beloved, Dr. Sylvia, walked into the hospital and never returned to us. As her only sister, I was faced with figuring out a memorial that could address our in-person and virtual needs since we had traveled cross-country multiple times in the past few months to be by her side and to show love to my brother-in-law and niece. Having a professional use top quality equipment meant that everyone watching could see and hear the whole service well. He even put together a tribute video for people to see on Zoom before the service started. Henry Ramos and his team at Dedline AV are terrific! They are very knowledgeable and professional. We had an outdoor event being recorded and live streamed. Due to location, we ran into a couple of issues with power and poor data service. The Dedline AV team never got worked up and were able to seamlessly adapt accordingly.
