They have been exceptional. Faced with limited information provided by the prior management company, Trion worked diligently to recreate all necessary books and accounts. The helped guide the Board through numerous decisions and policy changes to help the Building move toward a secure financial status. They then assisted the Corporation with obtaining new financing and, in the recent challenging environment, worked tirelessly to make sure that the mortgage refinancing went smoothly. They have done an excellent job and have been a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
