Both of these apartments were part of a co-op and if you know anything about co-ops they are the most difficult people to deal with. Tony's expertise was a huge help in navigating how to work with the co-ops and get things done. We also needed to replace the flooring for one of the apartments and he made recommendations on contractors who charged a reasonable price, got the work done in a single day, and they did an amazing job at it. He and his team were wonderfully responsive and communicative through the whole process (always letting us know if he was going to be unavailable for some time and introducing us to someone to help while he was away). Tony knows the area well and has the resources and connections to help with what ever you need to sell or buy a home and I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
