Mike was so helpful when I ran into a network isolation problem while working from home. Their team worked to resolve the issue remotely, but I ended up having to take it into their office so they could further assess what was going on. Mike explained the entire process to me so I understood what was happening while they were working to identify the problem. In no time I was headed back home with my laptop and Orion's confidence they could release it from network isolation and continue to monitor the device for the next day or two to ensure the threat had been taken care of.
