Okay now that I said that, I can go into specific details of why you should hire Maggie. We became pen pals while trying to plan a surprise proposal in Joshua Tree 2020 (planned for spring, rescheduled to summer). Maggie is nothing but easy to work with. She helped me create a fake IG sweepstakes post so I could keep the proposal a secret. Fast forward to our proposal - Maggie made the entire day easy. She gave us prompts on how to pose (as we aren’t high fashion models, just two nerds) and made it not weird to kiss each other with a camera clicking away. From this experience I immediately asked for Maggie's availability in 2021 as I was going to plan our wedding around Maggie’s availability. Now fast forward to wedding planning in 2021, Maggie gave us great vendor recommendations that helped make our wedding easy and drama-free. Maggie found some amazing spots for us to take our photos for the day of and morning after. I would highly recommend taking photos the day after you get married. While we were tired we had nothing but smiles from ear to ear. Again Maggie gave us queues to help us get all the photos we wanted (ceremony, family photos, beach sunset photos, reception, beach sunrise photos). Her queues made us all look amazing and capture the moment. When we look at all our photos we experience all the emotions and memories of the day like it was yesterday. She is an amazing photographer, person, and friend. Now, go hire her!

Maggie's superpower is making people who don't normally have their photos taken feel comfortable, capturing authentic happiness and emotions and candid moments, and making sure the wedding day doesn't just feel like one big photoshoot. She's also definitely up for an adventure, so take her up on it! We are so, so happy we hired Maggie, and wish we could give more than 5 stars.

Maggie is such an amazing photographer and person! Not only did she deliver beautiful photos of my family, she helped me decide what to wear, picked a gorgeous location, and most importantly handled my fussy toddler! You would never know looking at the photos that he was being fussy, and she went with the flow and got us great pictures. Absolutely recommend

Our first shoot was with Vlad for our engagement photo session was at Château des Fleurs in Eagle, Idaho. Both my husband and I were overwhelmed given we had never done a photoshoot before. Immediately Vlad’s energy was relaxed and comforting, putting us all at ease. Wedding day, Vlad and his team worked closely with our wedding planner to move in and out of each moment organically capturing moments from our wedding I hadn’t even known happened. The team stayed through the after party to get shots right up until the very end. As a last special touch they left my husband and I a bundle of Polaroids from the day so we immediately had special prints from our wedding to share the next morning. Vlad later worked with my parents to surprise us with the most beautiful photo album for Christmas. To say this was a photo album is a huge understatement. This was almost a bespoke photo novel, it is gorgeously crafted and we will cherish it for years to come. Vlad was beyond amazing to work with!! We were able to feel very comfortable right away, which we were nervous about. He made each step up to our big day special and was very helpful!
