We are a builder and have used Amanda to meet with us and our clients to draft building plans. Amanda has always been responsive, friendly with our clients and able to make our design ideas work. We had used another drafter in the past who started a design and went MIA. Amanda was able to quickly and seamlessly pick it up and finish it without delay. You can’t find a more knowledgable, responsive and creative designer. We highly recommend her!

Noelle is an excellent designer! Being an artist and designer myself, my husband and I first came to her with some floor plans sketches and ideas, and she made so many excellent improvements and thoughtful suggestions that dramatically made our home design soooo much better. She was flexible and was great to bounce idea off of, plus she worked in our budget. I really appreciate all the ways she made our new home more comfortable, unique, and stylish. I am 100% impressed with their design and the quality of care and follow through when working with the builders. Their ability to work within the confines of existing spaces and review it with the client is most impressive. The final build is amazingly close to the computer 3D renderings. They are also flexable with working with our preferences. I would give them 10 stars if available.
