TechGen was very responsive at resolving day to day IT issues. They were also instrumental in assisting my employer's movement to modernize IT practices, from cybersecurity training and testing to moving to cloud based systems.

I have never had a time where I have contacted Tech Gen, and they haven't been able to assist me with what I need done. Staff are helpful and well trained. They are patient and provide outstanding instruction to trouble shoot technology issues. Highly recommend.
