I had a great experience working with these guys, Devon was my guy. He was very professional and attentive to my needs. He got all of my computer requests completed in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back. It appears Best Buy damaged my hard-drive and Mike helped me to try and retrieve my data. Although, we discovered the hard-drive is indeed not recoverable with the options we tried the service from Mike, the responsiveness, and resourcefulness was amazing. Mike recommended a product to try and download the information from the hard-drive and also provided me step-by-step instructions to help troubleshoot. Again, although it didn't work I really did appreciate Mike and his willingness to assist. Thank you for your service.
