“Red Rose is an Italian restaurant located in Springfield landmark that can house more than 400 diners. In 1963, Edda Caputo launched a 15-seat eatery in Springfield that used recipes from her native Naples, Italy. Customers valued her fresh, original cuisine so much that the restaurant extended not once but four times. They offer a complete line of freshly made salads, sandwiches, and Neapolitan entrees, all prepared using Caputo household recipes. All items can be enjoyed in their dining room and served to guests in the banquet room or ordered for takeout. They also offer a variety of pizza menus in the restaurant. Each week, they use a ton or more of mozzarella. They offer many other toppings for their pizzas in the restaurant.”
