Relaxed vibe, easy ordering, good customer service. Using their app is easy for quick pick up. Their coffee and espresso drinks are delicious. Their green tea and lemonade are fantastic. Great, quick lunch break option. This location has outside patio seating when the weather allows. I always enjoyed the bakes goods they offer. I tried the macaroons today and they were awesome.

Today my experience at the West Springfield Panera was amazing!!! I ordered on the kiosk, but the girl who handed my food to me was great! The food itself was very well made, and great portions for what we ordered. It was just such a nice dining experience, and me and my boyfriend both got boxes to take the leftovers home- so happy that we have such a good place nearby to eat at.

Sure, its Panera Bread, but this store was really impresive. Very clean and quick service. Met friends there for lunch and several remarked about this being one of the best Paneras they have visited.

Hot Table is a gem. Great food overall! My fav is the veggie panini. The staff is always friendly and the customers are satisfied. A great place to come in order, sit back and chat with friends. They never disappoint, I like that! Thank you.

I’m a regular at the Hot Table on Breckwood in Springfield and have never been disappointed by any salad or panini that I’ve ordered. I went to their location in Manchester CT and had just as pleasant of an experience as I do in Springfield.

Awesome employee, cheerful atmosphere. I especially enjoyed online ordering with selected pickup times. A good idea whether eating there when pressed for time, or picking up to-go. My order was correct and hot.

Excellent Italian deli take a heat and excellent sandwichs and hot meals for lunch or dinner. Lots of daily specials. Excellent selection of imported cheeses and wine.

What can I say but this is one of the best italian stores I've ever been to. The selections of cheeses and pastas! Do not skip the sandwiches!.

Delicious sandwhiches and took home caprese orzo dinner for later! Always friendly service- its worth the drive.
