The community is so lucky to have SouLao’d Kitchen in our Western Massachusetts neighborhood. The southeast Asian flavor range always comes with variety. In light and fragrant rice dishes to bold, spicy papaya salad. I am Hmong American and when I miss southeast asian home cooked meals. I know I can count on SouLao’d Kitchen! Not only is the food phenomenal, delicious, and authentically Lao. The Asian American and Pacific Islander Commission of Massachusetts has been a proud supporter and partner with SouLao’d Kitchen and the owner Lena! Lena has created a cozy and welcoming environment. The food and the atmosphere feels like you’re at your favorite auntie’s cookout. I have ordered take out from them, dined in, catered for big work meetings. The SouLao’d Kitchen team has always delivered and gone above and beyond. Again, Western Massachusetts is blessed to have this establishment here! I’ve said so much already, just go and try it yourself! :).

Parking rt up front. Very welcoming into the restaurant. Restaurant owners are friendly. I was greeted with tea, first time ever trying it and it was good. I had beef pho and it was delicious very nicely made light enough not overpowered flavoring. On the side fried chicken spring rolls and they were amazing I had to grab another order order to go. The restaurant was very authentic/traditional it was an amazing experience and awesome to listen to the music. I would definitely return and order again. It was all great! Y'all should try it. You won't be disappointed.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This place was AMAZING. From the moment I walked in they treated me as if I was family. Talked me through the menu with recommendations. The two items you see below were the BOOM!!! Go give them a shot. You won’t doubt it. Plus they are the highest rated place in Springfield. What do you have to lose Trust me!.

THAI SHALLOT REVIEWS

This place is the best, most authentic Thai food you will find. The service is not the fastest in the world, so if you want speedy food after a long day at work, try another place. If you are looking for a true gourmet experience, then eat in, sit back and welcome to southern Thailand. I watched my mother(who is Thai) cry after we went here for dinner because it reminded her of her older sister who cooked for the whole family. Boom! I'm a believer.

It’s a small cozy little spot. It’s very clean and quite. The food is delicious. The prices are reasonable. The portion sizes are good. My girlfriend loves the dish they call Lady in green. I like the chicken with spicy basil sauce and rice. If you have never eaten here. I recommend you stop by and and check this place out.

The food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The chef even brought a complimentary Valentine’s Day lava cake which was incredible! 10/10 recommend - thank you for all you do! :).

My colleagues and I went there for lunch last week. I would guess a crowd of about 25. The owner was genuinely delighted to see us. The service was spot on for lunch time. And the owner brought out a few trays of appetizers on the house. If you're looking for a restaurant that is authentic, not over the top fancy and has a gracious owner this is the place for you.

Fantastic local spot with great food! Wonderful service, thoughtful and careful to make sure dietary restrictions are covered. Delicious food, great drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). I always recommend them.

100% worth the commute- true authentic Thai food and so fresh! We are pad Thai lovers and their pad Thai was the real deal. The appetizer platter was flawless too. Will definitely return.
