“Kuma Ramen is the place of origin of tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen. Its distinct features include thick noodles, marinated oil (from fried garlic), and fried garlic. Their ramen broth is prepared for over 8 hours. The restaurant's Tonkotsu Ramen Classic broth is made from pork marrow, topped with green onion, menma (bamboo shoot), black fungus, and served with a soft-boiled egg. Their staff have enormous pride in their work and want to make sure they give a great experience to everyone. They also offers vegetarian choices. You will enjoy the traditional Japanese ramen with rich flavours of the pork/chicken-based broth.”

HOKKAIDO RAMEN HOUSE REVIEWS

The Japanese fried rice here is absolutely amazing! It’s so different from what I’ve had at other places — every bite is full of flavor, and the rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned. You can really tell they put effort into making it special. I also tried the Hokkaido milk tea and loved it! It’s rich, smooth, and not overly sweet — the perfect match with the fried rice. The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole dining experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

During our vacation, my daughter and I came back to visit family, and this Hokkaido restaurant caught our attention. We had visited the area together last year. Both the ramen and sushi looked very appealing, and we ultimately chose sushi. We tried several kinds, and they all tasted great. The prices were also very reasonable. Our server told us that the ramen is very popular, so we’re really looking forward to trying it next time.

The food is really good. I got the beef spicy and it was so delicious. For sure we’re gonna come back.

KUMA RAMEN REVIEWS

Ordered the Pork Goyza, Spicy Ramen, and the Shoyu Ramen. I really liked the Goyza. I should have ordered more. The Spicy Ramen was very good and a good heat level. I found the Shoyu Ramen to be a bit salty for my preference. This is a small restaurant. It's very nice and clean. The woman working upfront was very friendly. I really enjoyed the food and will be back to try other items.

Such a beautiful & pure atmosphere! The family that owns this place is such amazing people! The ramen was made with so much love. You can tell when people are making the food with love.

i love this place! this is my to go ramen place unfortunately it’s bit of a drive for me but if i lived closer i would come here all the time. Customer service is great and food is delicious.

UMAI SUSHI REVIEWS

A must-try sushi spot in Adriatica Village! This place has quickly become one of my favorites. The location itself is a vibe—Adriatica Village is such a cool area to walk around while waiting for your table. The sushi here has been consistently amazing every time I’ve gone. My go-to rolls are the Stone Bridge, Shrimp Popcorn, Rocky Manhattan, and Sombrero—SO good! The spring rolls and gyozas are also to die for. On top of that, the service is always friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re craving quality sushi in a beautiful spot.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the bento box and it was the perfect amount of food I couldn’t even finish it!, the quality of the sushi is top tier also you can taste how fresh everything is and the ingredients too everything I would definitely be back.

Everything was a 10/10. Sushi and appetizer were fresh. Service was great.
