“Ika Ramen is a cozy, bustling neighborhood spot known for its ramen and casual Japanese favorites, featuring a downstairs sake bar. The restaurant has a fantastic vibe and a great atmosphere. The secret bar in the basement is a nice getaway to enjoy some very fine Japanese whisky or any other cocktails you enjoy. Ika Ramen does a great job taking traditional Japanese ramen ingredients and placing an American twist on them. They serve solid ramen and small plates in a little mixed atmosphere. The staff are attentive to customers and amazingly friendly. They also have great donburi and poke. Ask about the weekend ramen special that starts on Friday. Ika Ramen offers happy-hour specials, serves delicious vegan dishes, and provides high chairs for families with little ones.”

Truly grateful to the restaurant. Our Uber driver originally stole our order. And the restaurant thankfully was willing to remake it. Food is amazing. The ramen is delicious and the seasoned eggs are really good. A truly amazing restaurant. I forgot you can add photos and already ate the good toppings

Great and friendly staff. Our waiter gave us great recommendations both times. The food was phenomenal ! the restaurant is very nice, clean and modern. The atmosphere is very chill. Definitely we we’ll be back here again.

IKA RAMEN REVIEWS

Had fantastic fried rice. Used chopsticks but was offered silverware as well. Didn't get the Ramen because it was a bit pricey, but was impressed with the portions. Expect to pay $20 per person here. Atmosphere was mostly chill, rap music on the speakers and anime on the screens. The "enter in the back" sign out front is a bit confusing, I didn't realize there's a separate sake bar in the basement so I circled the building like a dumbass before finding the door. Location was clean but still has personality.

As a fellow usual, I would like to debunk the review below. The server they are referring to is the most laid back and if not the most willing to help the customer decide what they might like. To what I see "daily" she's Always on top of her tables and gives amazing recommendations. Safe to assume this is why Plane Jane was created to cater to "certain" clients. :)

The food is ALWAYS top tier! The Brussel sprouts are to die for! Definitely recommend for everyone!! Love you guys!

SAKURA BANA REVIEWS

Can't rate this place high enough!! I've been going for close to 10 years and I've never been let down. A very large selection, all of which is simply delicious. It's so hard to find Japanese food other than sushi around here. Of course, their sushi is incredible as well. I just went a few days ago and am thinking of all the things I want to order next. I love the quiet traditional seating area. Two things I almost always have to get are agedashi tofu to start and red bean ice cream to end!

This place is very cool. The vibe is just right and the atmosphere is very welcoming. My wife and I loved the interior look of the place and we were greeted right away. The service team here is top tier! We had 3 other servers that weren’t even our server top off our water and check on us throughout our meal! Seriously A+! We ordered 6 different rolls which were all spectacular! We will be back and if you are looking to try something new that is very fresh then this is your spot!

The food is very good there. It's well above our expectations. The sashimi of the nigiri is fresh and the price is reasonable. I had the beef sukiyaki which is delicious as well. Although it is one person portion, I need help to finish the whole dish. My friend ordered the unagi don which she said it was good. I would recommend this place.
