RAIJIN RAMEN REVIEWS

Amazing service and was seated within minutes of arriving. We were greeted by a waitress within 5 minutes and an order was taken. Food came out within 10 minutes and was amazing. Ramen was nice and hot but not too hot to where you needed to wait or blow to cool it down also it's recommended to eat it hot before noodles get soggy. We tore up our ramen and enjoyed our appetizers before we finally left. We were constantly checked on and water was refilled without having to ask. Amazing hospitality and definitely recommend 5/5 will be back again. Picture is of Umami Shoyu Ramen.

We are always looking for a good ramen place and were visiting Tucson for the weekend when Raijin was recommended. This ramen place is one of the best. The black roasted garlic tonkotsu was so flavorful and I liked the type of noodles they used. The pork was tender and delicious and the amount of veggies in it were just right. The service was great and friendly. The parking lot was a bit difficult to get in and out of though, but everything else was great.

If you think you don't like ramen you've never been to Raijin Ramen. Each spoonful was a taste sensation in my mouth. Seasoned to perfection. A tender and tasty slice of pork was strategically placed on top of my bowl next to a half boiled egg. We had potstickers and fried chicken bites for an appetizer. They were yummy too! I highly recommend Raijin Ramen. It was a very tasty casual dining experience. Go. Eat. Enjoy.

The best place for sushi in Tucson! The staff is always lovely, and it’s consistently packed with people. Although they no longer offer happy hour (pre-2020), the prices remain reasonable for the quality of sushi. They recently remodeled and gave the place a cleaner look, which I really appreciate—a fresh coat of white paint has made it feel much more lively. Despite the changes, the sushi remains a solid 10/10, making this my all-time favorite sushi spot in Tucson.

I got the Philadelphia Roll very quick service never had my water empty I also tried my friends shrimp temp roll very good calamari portion and cut. really good prices as well.

Best dragon roll I’ve ever had! They also sell my favorite Japanese sodas and play good music. Complimentary miso soup in cute little bowls. Staff is kind. Prices are good, too.

MARU PLUS JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

The food was yummy but a little pricey. I would go again and have gone before. The staff is kind and quick. I like seeing the art and decor, fun to see what I know. They have a small bar of fixings to add to your dishes. They have a full menu with appetizers, entrées and strawberry sando (dairy and non-dairy). They also have a good selection of drinks. Good food, simple dining, and attentive staff.

I was really disappointed going here. This place used to be very good. The ramen was overcooked and then in places it was all stuck together. The meat was so fatty that it was inedible in both mine and my boyfriend’s ramen. The veggie tempura was actually disgusting… I’ve never seen veggie tempura like this. It was our date night and we waited a long time for our food (the apps came out after the ramen!) so we ate it and at the end we just couldn’t believe how bad it was.

I've been all over the country for work and tried ramen everywhere I go (even internationally with our brothers to the south) and I can confidently say this has taken my no. 1 spot for best ramen. If you're in Tucson this spot is something you can't miss. Their decor is pretty cool, (especially as a Godzilla fan) and their tonkotsu is amazing.
