My experience with Ben Bridge jewelers has been amazing! I was specifically speaking with Diane Sakata, who went above and beyond the expectation of customer service! We live a couple states over and Diane was kind, responsive, and very easy to stay in touch with, and made sure I was able to get my wife exactly what I was hoping for her birthday. I would 110% recommend, and I can't wait to do business here again!

Terri, Jeanette, and Binnie are the greatest team. They always take care of me and my family. Terri is always in contact and is so courteous and easy to talk to. From watches to jewelry, she always keeps us in mind and helps guide us through each purchase. We are very grateful for her and her team. I always get the VIP treatment at this store. The staff is very receptive and well versed with their stuff.
