Everyone was so amazing!! Juliana was so beyond helpful from start to finish and getting my wedding band custom made! The rest of the team was so friendly and all together everyone made the experience so fun! We also brought our 9 month old daughter with us and they all played and talked to her too which helped keep her at ease sitting waiting for us to pick rings 10/10 recommend thousands oaks location!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Astra at Kay Jewelers, and she was incredible from start to finish. She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us find the perfect engagement ring. Astra took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through all the options with zero pressure—just pure expertise and kindness. Thanks to her, we found a ring we absolutely love and had a great experience along the way. If you’re shopping for something special, ask for Astra—she’s the best!

My fiancé and I got my engagement ring here. We had a wonderful experience. They 3D print the rings, so you can get any design you want often cheaper than what you see online or at other commercial jewelry stores. You can tell they care about the quality and service they provide. I sent them pictures of what I wanted the ring to look like an they sent back what they created in their program. It was about a two week process from start to finish. I am very happy with my ring, it came out amazing. We are getting married in July and getting our wedding bands made here, too.

This place exceeded every expectation! My engagement ring needed significant repair, and they were trustworthy, caring and efficient- completing all repairs in under 24 hours. My engagement ring looks brand new and the service and quality were beyond! I wholeheartedly recommend Jewels Quest Fine Jewelry. Thank you Andre and Natalie!!
