Paul was absolutely amazing! He took the time to thoroughly understand my needs, including my desired firmness, mattress type, and even limitations like budget and height preferences. Once he had all the details, he guided me through his top recommendations. For each option, Paul clearly explained the unique features and benefits, allowing me plenty of time to test them at my own pace. His friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating approach made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. In under an hour, I found the perfect mattress and had a fantastic shopping experience, all thanks to Paul. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in TO at the Janss Marketplace, and I had a great experience. Paul, the store manager, was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen as I explained what I disliked about my current mattress. AMERICAN MATTRESS FAMILY THOUSAND OAKS REVIEWS

American Mattress Family has amazing prices on organic mattresses. We had been searching a lot of the name brand organic mattresses, but didn't like the idea of paying a lot of money for a mattress that came in a box from hundreds or thousands of miles away. The mattresses from American Mattress Family are locally made to order with all the same organic materials as the big name brands, yet at way more reasonable prices. Rob gave us a fantastic deal on both the mattress and an adjustable base. He is one of the kindest people I've ever met and provided excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process. We're so excited about the mattress and base, as well as the fact that they will be hand delivered and installed by American Mattress when they arrive.

We have been looking and pricing mattresses for a while now. We usually buy from Ikea because this is a guest room but we decided to upgrade this mattress. I just dropped in after work and was greeted by the most friendliness person (Rob) who is also the general manager. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. He gave me a great deal! I highly recommend this place.

Buying a bed at American Mattress was a joy. Good humored, low pressure, knowledgeable and sympathetic sales help. We came away with the best possible bed at the best price. I almost wish we could buy it all over again! Wonderful place. I highly recommend this store.
