The knolls is a great place to live. The location is great and offers easy access to the open space adjacent to the property for hiking and mountain biking. The amenities make living here like living in a five star resort. The pools, tennis court, pickle ball court, pools, spas, fitness room, gym, dog park and playgrounds are great and reflect the dedication of the office staff and maintenance crew. In the office Shannon, Lynn, Evelyn, Adam, Joanha and Herubiel will help you through anything and their attention to detail drives any need or request to success. The maintenance staff of Troy, Derrick, Oscar, Raul and Ernesto make sure everything works and looks great. They are always on top of things and respond immediately. Always smiling and always making things happen. When considering a move into an apartment complex, the Knolls and their staff create a sense of community and support and they make you feel reapected and appreciated and part of a community. They treat you like family, without all the "family" drama, disfunction and that one drunk uncle that makes every gathering awkward lol.

I love it here, never had such a great view from my apartment driveway. And it has almost everything I could want. A surprisingly relaxing poolside hangout spot equipped with hot tub and BBQ, a fully functional gym that is rarely busy, a community center area with kitchen and TV to hangout with friends, tennis courts, more pools and hot tubs. Honestly, the only suggestion I could make is to consider adding a boxing bag to the gym. We would definitely use that!.

I owned my own homes for the past 30 years and recently relocated to the area. I've had an amazing experience at The Knolls so far. Shannon and Christopher are cordial and professional yet personable. Maintenance staff are very efficient and quick to respond. The apartment complex is clean and in great neighborhood with spectacular views. This place truly exceeds my expectations.

We lived here for 2 years and greatly enjoyed our time here. Our apartment location was convenient, quiet, and a good size. We have a 1 bed 1 bath and it was a great size for my husband and I. It allowed us to save enough money to purchase a home. We enjoyed all of the nearby walking trails and how close grocery stores, the mall, and other things were. We often enjoyed the grilling area and pool which never felt crowded.

Sam is the most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable maintenance worker we’ve had here at Sofi! He comes in with a smile and knows his stuff! We wouldn’t want anyone else doing the job! There have been other maintenance workers recently who haven’t cut it with the professional courtesy and knowledge that Sam has. It would be a shame if he left.

The property Manager Kathleen makes everything easy for her tenants. Our family has been here since 2022 & have loved the SoFi community. They take care of maintenance either same date or whenever convenient in a prompt manner. Very safe, very clean & overall great place to rent.
