I just got home from a wonderful experience at JJ Jeweler. I had my wedding ring (24 years old) and my mother's wedding set (77 years old) cleaned and checked to make sure the settings are intact. I chatted with the owner and she was incredibly pleasant. We even discovered we had some common knowledge about their previous location in Wilmington, NC. They cleaned and examined both pieces no charge and gave me advice on checking the settings every 6 months. It was quick, efficient and friendly. I can't say enough about how pleased I am. from now on, I will only go to this jeweler and I recommend you do the same. Thank you to J & J for the top notch service today.

I got my wife’s ring cleaned & polished for our 1 year anniversary. The owners were incredibly kind, quick, and most importantly — fair. Excellent price for the clean & polish. Smooth & simple! Highly recommend them.

The lady up front is really nice. I spoke with her while I was getting my ring polished. I've never had my ring cleaned and it's been two years since I got engaged. So I figured why not get it cleaned. And holy cow you can definitely see the difference! And didn't take too long to get done! And it is convienant that it's so close to my work.
