William and Misty are absolute gems! My engagement ring is a family heirloom that has a unique invisible setting and the center diamond came loose. I took it to 6 other jewelers, who were unable to work on it or would have to send it out with the high possibility that it couldn't be fixed. Thompson Jewelry recommended I go see William at Niche Jewelry. I'm so thankful I did because he was the first one to actually suggest another way to fix it. He added four smaller prongs to secure all of the diamonds. Couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs work done on their jewelry!

William and Misty were phenomenal through every step of the design process. Incredibly understanding when changing ideas and knowledgeable when suggesting ideas for the design in order to ensure a durable but elegant ring. 15/10 would recommend!
