Johnathen and his partner were very friendly and professional. They knew how to load their van to maximize the available space. Fit all 7 pieces in the cargo van like a jigsaw puzzle. The booking experience was exceptional, too. Originally, I mistakenly had it scheduled as a curb pickup. Once I realized it, the LoadUp customer service team assisted with changing it to and indoor job including my stairs. Will certainly use LoadUp next time and recommend them to my friends.

Very professional service. I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon and they picked up on early Sunday morning. Good communication with their driver and their booking office. I highly recommend them.

The service was pretty easy to set up and the guys that came were very helpful getting the mattress out. It was extremely heavy and awkward.
