Water Tower Plaza is an old community park with kids' splash play areas, shade trees, and benches. It features a splash pad, a massive floating granite ball, water walls, steel runnel structure, and seating areas. The splash pad will turn off when the wind stands 8 mph or more and back on when the wind dies down. The water feature is a 9.5-ton granite ball called a kugel ball. Water Tower Plaza has wheelchair accessible, water wall feature, and grassy turf amphitheater.

Perry Library is placed on the grounds of the Chandler Unified School District’s Perry High School. It has over 30 computers, a full range of elements (30,000 items), and a one-stop library with the latest technology. The joint-use facility was built by the Unified School District of Chandler and the City of Gilbert and serves as a branch of the Maricopa County Library District. Perry Library offers free entry and ample parking.
