So glad we were bored and took a drive tonight. It was a beautiful little area by the water tower with tables and other various seating. They had fountains and other things to catch your eyes. Perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or soda with company.

This is by far one of my favorite libraries. They designed it with a large open high ceiling and large widows for lots of light. This library seems to always have a good selection of books and movies and the staff is always very nice. Their childrens' area is just off to the left when you walk in so kids have their own place to read and play. If your there to study or get work done there are lots of quite undisturbed areas.

Before I had my daughter, I thought libraries were all but obsolete. I mean, who needs books when you have the Internet? Boy was I wrong! There are so many wonderful programs for everyone from story time for babies, to book clubs for adults. One of my favorite programs is their summer reading program, not only because it encourages kids of all ages to read year round, but because you get cool prizes including a free book for completing the program!
